1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival are eligible for return.
Products, such as consumables (e-liquids, nicotine pouches, etc.), will not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

- Approval & Instructions – If your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
- Ship the Product – Send the item back to us in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
