Product Terms & Conditions – Pouch Point Countertop Display Unit (CDU)

The Pouch Point Counter Display Unit (CDU) is supplied as a curated retail solution designed to support optimal brand presentation, consistency, and retailer incentives.

By purchasing this product, the retailer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Pre-Selected Brand Assortment

The Pouch Point CDU is supplied with a fixed, pre-selected assortment of brands and products. The selection is designed to ensure balanced category representation and effective in-store merchandising.

No Brand Replacement Period

Brands and products supplied within the CDU must not be removed, replaced, swapped, or substituted for a minimum period of three months from the date on invoice.

Mandatory Use as Supplied

The CDU must be installed, displayed, and maintained exactly as supplied during the initial three-month period. Any changes to the product mix during this time are not permitted.

Eligibility for Offers and Rewards

Compliance with these terms is a mandatory requirement to qualify for any associated benefits, including:

• Retailer incentives
• Promotional support
• Rewards programmes
• Exclusive offers linked to the CDU

Unauthorised Modifications

Any unauthorised modification, removal, or substitution of brands or products within the CDU during the initial three month period may result in:

• Loss of eligibility for related promotions or rewards
• Withdrawal of the CDU
• Ineligibility for future supply of CDU

One CDU per Store

A maximum of one (1) Pouch Point CDU per retail store location is permitted. Multiple CDUs may not be purchased, installed, or claimed under the same store address.

Store-Specific Allocation

The CDU is allocated to the registered retail premises only and may not be transferred, resold, or installed at an alternative location.

Compliance & Verification

Pouch Point and/or Zoom Distro reserve the right to verify CDU compliance through:

• Retail audits
• Visual checks
• Requests for supporting images or confirmations

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order for the Pouch Point CDU, the retailer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in full.
